Mark is nog steeds de zorgprofessional zoals hij dat jaren geleden was toen hij nog patiënten behandelde en draagt de zorg nog steeds een warm hart toe. Tijdens en na zijn Master Health Care Management heeft Mark tevens gewerkt als manager bij een zorginstelling waar hij onder andere verantwoordelijk was voor de werving & selectie van zorgprofessionals. In deze rol heeft hij zich actief ingezet voor het behoud van zorgprofessionals door goed te luisteren naar hun ervaringen, wensen en ambities. Zo keek hij binnen de kaders van de instelling naar mogelijkheden om voor iedere zorgprofessional de juiste functie te creëren en er zodoende voor te zorgen dat zij iedere dag met plezier aan slag gingen met hun werk. Hij begrijpt dat iedereen uniek is en maatwerk verdient. Alleen op deze manier kunnen wij zorgprofessionals duurzaam inzetbaar houden voor de zorg en juist dat is nu zo ontzettend belangrijk.
